I have worked with several different real estate professionals in my life, and by far, Scott was the best I have worked with. I purchased a home for which he was the listing agent. Although I was working with a different buyer's agent at the time, I happened to stop by on my own at an open house Scott was holding. His knowledge of the home, the community, and insights into the city as a whole were very helpful. When it came to make an offer on the home, I approached Scott to act as my agent. I am usually not a fan of an agent handling both sides of the transaction, but in this case. I felt very comfortable. With the few interactions I had with Scott prior to making an offer, he came across as reasonable, understanding, and fair and he did not disappoint. Overall the purchase process was rather painless. I made a fair offer, which was accepted. The minor items that came up during the home inspection were handled with ease. Frankly, Scott went above and beyond to insure everything was addressed properly. I was purchasing from out-of-state, so Scott was present during the inspection and subsequent follow-ups and kept me informed continuously with email updates, pictures, and face-time and phone discussions. Soctt was very responsive via email, text, and phone. I felt as though he went out of his way to insure that everything was proceeding smoothly. Frankly, it was the easiest home buying experience I have been through (save one hick-up on my part). Lastly, when it came to hand over the keys, even then Scott went out of his way to meet me late on a Friday evening and was very generous with some welcome gifts. I would whole heartedly recommend Scott for anyone looking to buy and/or list their home. He has a very comforting demeanor, is very astute when it comes to real estate, and goes above and beyond in every aspect. You will not be disappointed. And to Scott, all I can say is a very heartfelt Thank you!

Scott represented me in the sale of my home and was amazing to work with! In this market, any agent can pop a sign in the yard, under value a home, and hope for some quick offers. Scott's approach is much different. He invested time in asking me why I was choosing to sell and what my overall goals were. He developed a pricing strategy to not only help me achieve those goals, but were realistic with the current market conditions. He protected my best interests by guiding me through the listing and sales process, keeping my overall goals in front of me. He demonstrated integrity and delivered a transaction that was above and beyond my expectations. Scott's professionalism demonstrates that he takes his business and clients seriously. He builds a personal connection with those he represents and was always available to answer my never-ending questions. Scott provided clarity on what to expect and when and always followed through with those commitments. He managed the appraisal, inspection, and closing process efficiently and without issue. Scotts knowledge of the market and the Phoenix metro area really shined! It's very clear that he's a well seasoned agent with a tremendous amount of experience. Scott was amazing to work with. Me being an out of State buyer, he was crucial in coordinating all steps of the buying process. His knowledge of the area and expertise was extremely helpful as well. Scott was willing to go above and beyond i every aspect that I asked and even some I didn't ask for. I value response time and professionalism, Scott exceeded my expectations on both fronts. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
